论坛简介
浙江财经大学将于2022年11月29日至11月30日举行国际青年学者论坛，举办地点为中国浙江杭州。论坛旨在为海内外青年才俊搭建学术交流平台和学术成果展示平台，通过专题报告、学术研讨和人才洽谈等形式，围绕国际科学前沿热点研究领域展开研讨，促进海内外青年学者的交流，增强不同研究领域的合作，加强对学校的全面了解，吸引优秀青年学者来校发展。

应用经济学、工商管理、理论经济学、法学、统计学、公共管理、管理科学与工程、计算机科学与技术、政治学、数学、社会学、中国语言文学、外国语言文学、新闻传播学、哲学、艺术学、马克思主义理论等。

邀请对象
有明确来校就职意向（海内外知名学者、博士、博士后、讲座教授），具有海内外知名大学博士学位，在相关学科领域取得一定成绩或具有发展潜力的，且原则上年龄不超过45周岁的优秀青年学者（特别优秀者可不受年龄限制）。
有意向来我校工作的优秀青年学者，学校将提供平台建设经费（科研启动费）、购房补贴以及富有竞争力的薪酬，具体欢迎来电咨询或登陆我校官网-人才招聘栏目。

论坛形式
本届论坛采用线上线下相结合的方式，报名参加国际青年学者论坛活动，学校对申请人进行资格审核和学术水平评价后，在2022年11月6日前后向符合条件的优秀人才发送正式邀请函。

论坛学者参会补助
报名参加国际青年学者论坛活动，经确认并发出参会邀请函，符合疫情防控要求参加线下论坛的可在参会时凭邀请函获得参会期间的交通和食宿补助。
每位海外学者最高报销1.3万元人民币(亚太地区8000元人民币)，国内学者最高报销5000元人民币，按财务政策实报实销，根据国家规定机票限报经济舱、火车票限报二等座。论坛期间食宿由学校统一安排，费用由学校承担。

About ZUFE
Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics(hereinafter as ZUFE) is a multidisciplinary university that focuses on economics and management, and maintains coordinated development in liberal arts, law, science, engineering, arts, and philosophy. Located in Hangzhou, the picturesque capital city of Zhejiang Province, ZUFE was listed among the key provincial universities in 2017 and was authorized to offer doctoral degrees in 2018.
The University insists on taking discipline as the engine of its development, through strengthening the construction of disciplines and degree programs. It has two first-level disciplines authorized to offer doctoral degree in applied economics and statistics, and one post-doctoral program in applied economics., 10 first-level disciplines authorized to offer master’s degrees, and 18 professional master’s programs. Applied Economics is listed as the priority characteristic discipline at provincial-level. About the Forum
The Fourth International Forum for Young Scholarswill be held on November 29-30, 2022 at Hangzhou, in China’s Zhejiang Province. This forum aims to build a platform of academic exchange and achievements presentation for young scholars from home and abroad, through keynote speeches, seminars, and meetings. Focusing on high-demand areas and frontiers of academic research, this forum is expected to enhance academic communication and cooperation of young scholars from home and abroad, and help them to have a better understanding of the University and greater interest in pursuing an academic career in the future.

Potential Participants
Young scholars including world-renowned professors, doctoral candidates, postdoctoral fellows, and lecturers from home and abroad are welcome to join in this forum. The potential participants shallpossess a doctoral degree from a world-class university,have made certain achievements or shown potential in related fields of study, and beunder the age of 45(outstanding scholars will be exempted from the age restriction).

Forum Platform
This year’s forum will be heldon-site and online at the same time. For participants who register to join in this forum, ZUFE will review the applications and send formal invitations to the potential participants on or afterNovember 6, 2022.

Subsidies for Participants
For young scholars who receive invitations and apply for the on-site forum, we will provide transportation and accommodation subsidies if they participate in the forum in line with the requirements for pandemic prevention and control.
The reimbursement of transportation is in accordance with the expenses-based financial policy. For scholars from abroad, it is up to RMB 13,000 yuan; for scholars from the Asia-Pacific countries and regions, it is up to RMB 8,000 yuan; for scholars from the Chinese Mainland, it is up to RMB 5,000 yuan. According to the rules, air tickets are limited to economy class, and train tickets are limited to second class. Accommodation during the forum will be arranged by the University and the expenses will be borne by the University.
