英语复试
最近准备复试的同学，除了头疼专业课，应该就是最头疼英语复试了吧！咱们管理类联考的英语（二）是非常传统的中式英语测试，并且只考察阅读翻译写作，没有听力和口语。到了复试环节当中，大部分院校都会要求英语面试，甚至有的还要加试英语听力考试，以考察学生多方便的英语能力。这两方便对于国内学生来说还是比较难的：我们所接受的应试教育并不强调英语口语，这导致很多学生会看会做会写，但说不出口；长时间的备考英语二，使得原本在46级中积攒的一定听力基础也慢慢消散了。（部分院校会把听力和口语考试结合考察，形式和口语考试基本相同，都是英文对话问答，具体考察形式以院校通知为准）
根据往年各大院校复试听力考察内容来看，复试的听力难度大多集中在4级难度，大家多听听四级听力磨磨耳朵，让大家在上场前能够适应一下（主要是因为有时候注意力不集中导致漏词，前后文就接不上了）。所以有听力考试的同学一定好好学习哦！不过听力部分在整个复试中一般占比是很低的，所以不用特别担心！Don't be 焦虑。

Postgraduate study is not only to improve education, cognition and vision, but also to have more opportunities and abilities. When a good job opportunity is in front of me, I may not be competent with my current ability, so postgraduate study is not only to get more opportunities, but also to cultivate the ability to seize these opportunities.
读研不仅是为了提高了学历、认知和视野，也是为了能够有更多选择的机会与能力.当一个好的工作机会摆在我面前, 以我日前的能力也可能无法胜任所以读研既是为了得到更多的机会，也是为了培养能够抓住这些机会的能力。
2、Why do you choose to study MBA?
你为什么要读MBA？

I do believe that MBA training courses will help me a lot in my future life. In my opinion, knowledge has no limit, and I should learn as much as I can.
From the MBA training courses, I can learn many things which will help me a lot in my life. Firstly, I can learn more managerial skills, from which I will benefit a lot in my future work. Secondly, I can make friends with many people in the same occupation. At the same time, the courses will help me build the network. Finally, I also think that through communication with others who major in different fields, my vision will be widened. I will learn more about how to make my point of view different.
我相信MBA培训课程对我以后的生活有很大的帮助。在我看来，知识是没有极限的，我应该尽我所能去学习。

3、Why do you choose our school/University?
你为什么选择我们学校？

Firstly, Peking University has been my dream school. During the College Entrance Examination, I failed to be enrolled in this university and now I want to fulfill my dream. Secondly, I'm deeply attracted by the academic atmosphere, as well as the youthful spirit of students in this university. More importantly, Peking university has a good reputation in the field where my research interest lies and so many excellent teachers who have strong research abilities. Those are the reasons why 1 choose to further my study here.
首先，北京大学一直是我的梦想.在高考的时候，我没有被录取，现在，我想要实现自己的梦想。其次，这所大学浓厚的学术氛围以及学校学生的朝气蓬勃的精神吸引了我.更为重要的是，在我所感兴趣的研究领域有着非常好的声誉而且有很多非常有能力的优秀的老师.这就是我选择这所大学的原因。
